Jonathan is a USATriathlon accredited Coach, NASM certified personal trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Ironman athlete, with over fifteen years of training, racing and coaching experience. A graduate of Boston College, Jonathan strives for excellence in both business and competition, continually broadening his education and experience. Jonathan provides premier coaching and personalized training services to athletes and private clients, and strives to inspire and guide everyone around him to live a successful, healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Jonathan is distinguished from other coaches by providing personalized education and training to meet the needs of a diverse client demographic. He has exceeded the standard level of education required of certified trainers/coaches to better address the needs of particular populations, such as endurance athletes, youth and teens, diabetics, postural distortions, etc. He understands the associated physiological functions and how to apply a wide range of training modalities to best address the needs of these specific populations from countless hours shadowing medical practitioners from multiple disciplines. He studies current physiological research findings and has earned supplemental certifications. His efforts have resulted in a successful business with a reputation for depth, quality and experience. Jonathan conducts numerous clinics and workshops for both athletes and non-athletes where he educates, inspires and refines and focuses the training programs of hundreds of clients.
